Pool cloudy water is one of the most common problems that pool owners encounter. It is due to the high amount of tiny particles, such as dead algae and dust in the water. As these particles are too small for the filter to pick up, they remain in the water, resulting in the pool cloudy water. Factors such as the high bather loads, filters that are not backwashed regularly and inactivity of the filtration system for an extended period of time will result in cloudy pool.
Clarifier is a type of pool chemical that is used to clear up pool cloudy water. By bringing together the particles that are making the pool water cloudy and making them into bigger particles, clarifier will give the filter a better chance of capturing them. MEGA POOL CUAGULANT Pool Water Clarifier is a strong product that increases water quality and improves the performance of the pool filter by coagulating suspended particles in the water.

Dosage:
Maintenance treatment for private pools:
On a weekly basis, add 1 liter of CUAGULANT clarifier per 100 m3 of pool water.
Maintenance treatment for public pools using a dosing pump:
Every day, add 0.2 liters of CUAGULANT clarifier per 1 m3 of pool water.
Shock treatment:
Every day, add 3 liters of CUAGULANT clarifier per 100 m3 of pool water.
How to Add CUAGULANT Pool Clarifier for Shock Treatment:
- Make sure the pH of the pool water is between 7.2 and 7.8 and the level of free chlorine is between 1 and 3 ppm.
- While the filtration system is on, add the right amount of clarifier to the pool water according to the instructions.
- Let the pool water sit unused with the pump running for 8 hours. During this time, the clarifier helps the filter remove most of particles from the water by coagulating them.
- Particles that the filter has not been able to trap are precipitated. Vacuum out these particles from the pool.
Note:
CUAGULANT clarifier is not effective if pool cloudy water is due not fully dissolved chlorine powder or high level of water calcium hardness.
Safety Precautions:
- Keep out of reach of children.
- Wear gloves when adding product to water.
- Avoid contact of the product with the skin and eyes.
- If your skin or eyes comes in contact with the product, wash the affected area thoroughly.
